Figure modeling
The task was to make a model from clay, that could be used to make a cast. It was a free choise
to make the cast later. We had the nude model in front of us from the first sketches, bending of steel
whires of different thickness, to the clay modelling. The tecnical guidance was mainly to find the
leaning point and the balance of the nude model. It was not important to finish the clay model, but to have
the experience from the process.

Akt modellering
Oppgaven var å lage en modell i leire, som kunne brukes til støping. Det var frivillig å lage støpeform
ved en senere anledning. Vi hadde aktmodellen foran oss fra første skisse, bøying av ståltråder av
forskjellig tykkelse for skjelett, til leire modelleringen. Den tekniske veiledningen var hovedsaklig å
finne tyngdepunktet og balansen til akt modellen. Det var ikke viktig å bli ferdig med leire modellen, men
å få erfaringe fra prosessen.
Høyden på leirefiguren: ca. 50 cm.
